Trio of Colors: Third Movement

As a musician and visual artist, this piece is an exploration of the intersection across music and art. This piece is part of a series where I made large, individual mono chromatic watercolor paintings that I then cut into squares and rectangles. Together, these contrasting yet complementing forces juxtapose the nature of emotion and structure, both necessary qualities in musical and visual art. Though the colors come from separate pieces, they have been assembled to form one harmonious visual composition, similar to how the notes in a musical composition come together to form a whole, a masterpiece. This entry is the third of three movements.
